About the Company
The Simplea insurance company, member of Partners HoldCo, a.s. group, joined forces with one of the largest operators of senior care facilities the AHC a.s. company, member of the Ambeat Group, and the two companies together have created a real estate fund mainly focused on investments in senior homes, long-term health care facilities and special regime homes.
The Ambeat Care investment fund aims to build a stable network of modern facilities providing long-term care primarily to the elderly across all regions in the Czech Republic.
Clients can invest with us from CZK 500 per month up.
The expected valuation is 4-7% p. a.
Our motivation and goal is to actively contribute to addressing a serious social problem.
We want to provide beds for seniors and ensure they receive dignified care in challenging life situations.
He graduated from Brno University of Technology (mechanical engineer), Prague College of Economics (economics engineer) and University of Chicago (MBA).
During his 30-year career, he first worked in leading positions of major real estate funds not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad. In 2009, he left for the private sector and has been building the Ambeat Group ever since.
He studied financial mathematics and actuarial theory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague. He started his career as actuary in 2008.
Since 2019, he has been CEO and Management Board Chairman of Simplea, the life insurance company built by himself. In addition, he holds the position of CEO and Board Chairman at the Rentea penzijní společnost, a.s., pension company.
