We want to be a partner to those who have no one to lend them a helping hand.

Helping people in difficult life situations has been part of the lives of people at Partners for many years. This we have always managed excellently - be it material help during all kinds of natural disasters or financial help for those affected by flood, war or even "just" being alone to raise a child and not doing very well financially. And because we grow and want to help even more, we started our own foundation at the end of 2024.

Who We Help

Those who don't have a partner

Support for people who are disadvantaged in one way or another. They may be individuals from single-parent families, or from families that do not have sufficient resources to cover certain needs, such as education or leisure activities. They may need special care because of physical or mental handicaps.

Clients and colleagues in difficulty

Assistance to clients, associates and employees of Partners Financial Group companies who have got into financial difficulties as a result of a complicated life situation.

Anyone to improve their financial awareness

Promotion of personal development and financial literacy of people of all age groups in the Czech Republic.

How to Help

Consultants, managers, franchisees and employees of the Partners Financial Group can contribute to the Foundation's account through regular payroll deductions or commissions, or through one-time contributions. Please enter your Partners ID as a variable symbol, if you do not have an ID, please enter your personal identification number. The Foundation issues a confirmation of these contributions for tax purposes once a year in January.

How to Apply for Help

Through fundraising announcements (at least twice a year), we accept applications through our financial advisors, who also guarantee that the request is relevant. A committee then decides on the money distribution among the applicants. In case of acute need, for example after a natural disaster, we try to get help to specific people as soon as possible, i.e. outside of the regularly announced fundraising events.

Our Latest Help

In autumn 2024, we distributed CZK 2,650,000 to people affected by the flood.

A total of 53 families or individuals received help from us when they needed it most. Each of them received a quick cash contribution from the flood grant at the moment when the forces of nature cruelly affected their lives, even by washing away homes of some of them.

The People in the Foundation

Lada Kičmerová

Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees

She graduated from the College of Economics and completed a course in journalism at the Faculty of Social Science, Charles University. She also studied in France and the USA. She joined Partners in 2009 as Marketing and PR Director and subsequently moved to the position of Client Service Director. Today, she is also Vice-Chair of the Management Board. She also holds an important position in the management of Partners Bank, a.s. Apart from her work, she enjoys her two small children. Helping others is her mission adding balance to her life.

Jitka Lucbauerová

Member of the Board of Trustees

She has been active in the world of finance since 2001. In 2007, she was one of the founders of Partners. Today, she is one of nine partners involved in its management with the aim of always being on the client's side. Therefore, she creates an environment for her colleagues where they can trade, build and lead teams as employees of a strong company and at the same time do their own business successfully. Contributing to charities and helping financially where needed is a normal part of her life.

Martin Švec

Member of the Board of Trustees

Martin has his heart in the right place. He studied financial mathematics and actuarial theory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague. Since 2019, he has been CEO and Management Board Chairman of Simplea, the life insurance company built by himself. The insurance company emphasizes human approach and pays indemnity even if it does not have to. In addition, he holds the position of CEO and Board Chairman at the Rentea penzijní společnost, a.s., pension company. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his 3 children, acting as voluntary firefighter and helping out whenever he can.
