About the Company
Since its establishment in April 2019, Trigea Fund has been managed by an experienced team headed by Tomáš Trčka. We invest exclusively in commercial real estate properties, which offer a higher yield than residential apartments on the Czech market. We actively seek opportunities to invest in commercial properties situated in established locations and already fully leased, thereby reducing risk.
The fund is set up as an open-end fund targeting the broadest clientele who seek both regular and one-off investment. Anyone can thus become a partial owner of office buildings, industrial parks or business centres worth hundreds of millions of crowns and thus protect their money from inflation and achieve decent long-term returns.
We manage real estate properties throughout all phases of their life cycles. This is the only way to achieve maximum returns. The fund aims for long-term annual appreciation in the range of 5-7%.
Clients can invest with us from CZK 500 per month.
Our target is valuation at around 6% p.a.
Our portfolio also includes the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague and 4 commercial properties in Poland.
We also sell the Trigea fund on the Slovak and Polish markets.

After graduating from the Prague University of Economics in computer science and statistics and passing the brokerage exam of the Czech National Bank, he started his career in the field of real estate property funds.
In 2006, he co-founded the largest real estate fund in the Czech Republic and became CEO of REICO company, subsequently helping to establish the INVESTKA investment company. In 2019, he founded the Trigea Fund.
