About the Company
We are a pension company operating since 2021. In the torrent of interchangeable products on our market, we bring our clients a unique supplementary pension savings scheme with a loyalty bonus.
We manage three participatory funds - the Participatory Security Fund, the Participatory Bond Fund, and the Equity Participation Fund, the Bond Participation Fund and the Participatory Mandatory Conservative Fund. Although we are the youngest pension company on the Czech market, our funds are no longer among the smallest on the market with regards to the volume of funds under management.
Clients can arrange their savings with us through Partners advisers, and in 2024 we added an online option.
Our main advantage is the regular loyalty bonus that we pay to our clients, which is how we share our profit with them. A state contribution is standard.

In managing our investments we use investment tools of BlackRock, the world's largest investment manager. This means a broader investment choice and lower cost.

He studied financial mathematics and actuarial theory at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague. He started his career as actuary in 2008.
Since 2019, he has been CEO and Management Board Chairman of Simplea, the life insurance company built by himself. In addition, he holds the position of CEO and Board Chairman at the Rentea penzijní společnost, a.s., pension company.
She graduated from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Mendel University in Brno, majoring in economic management. She has worked in the field of pension insurance since 2012.
She has been at Rentea, a.s. since its inception and has been responsible for product development and commerce not only at Rentea penzijní společnost, a.s. pension company, but also at Simplea pojišťovna, a.s. insurance company. She is a member of the Association of Pension Companies Presidium.
